Finding parking in Annapolis is difficult at best, and Eastport is a small neighborhood with tiny streets. The event organizers recommend you park at Navy Stadium and take a shuttle downtown. You cn also park at the Hillman Garage and walk to the festival. It is about a 15-minute walk to the festival, but hey, you'll spend that much time looking for parking in Eastport anyway!
Directions to Hillman Garage: From Church Circle , turn right onto Duke of Gloucester Street. Shortly after you go through your first light ( Conduit Street ) take a left into the Garage entrance. Weekend rates are a bargain at $2.00/day.
